How to delete your Grimly account and data
At Cone Crows LLC, we respect your right to control your personal data. If you wish to delete your Grimly account and associated data, please follow the instructions below.
When you use Grimly, we collect Account Information (email address and user ID), User-Generated Content (spells, rituals, herbs, stones, sigils, journal entries, divination readings, shelves, calendars, and uploaded photos), and Device & Usage Data. For more detailed information on data collection, please refer to our full Privacy Policy.
You can delete your account directly from within the Grimly mobile app or the web app at any time.
From the Home screen, tap the "Profile" tab in the bottom navigation bar.
On the Profile screen, in the Settings section, tap "Preferences" to navigate to the Preferences screen.
Scroll to the bottom of the Preferences screen. In the "Danger Zone" section, tap the "Delete Account" button.
A confirmation form will appear with a warning that this action is permanent. Type exactly "DELETE ME" in the text field to enable the delete button.
After tapping "Delete Account," a final confirmation dialog will appear. Tap "Yes, Delete My Account" to proceed with the deletion.
Upon account deletion, the following data is permanently deleted and cannot be recovered:
We may retain minimal system logs for security, audit, and legal compliance purposes for a limited period after deletion. For more details on data retention, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
