How do I reset my password?

On the sign-in screen, tap "Forgot Password" and enter the email address associated with your account. You'll receive an email with a link to reset your password.

How do I delete my account?

You can delete your account from within the app. Go to Profile, then Preferences, and scroll to the Danger Zone section. For detailed instructions, see our account deletion page.

Is my data backed up?

Yes. Your entries, shelves, calendars, and attachments are synced to the cloud automatically. As long as you're signed in, your data is safely stored on our servers.

Can I use Grimly on multiple devices?

Yes. Sign in with the same account on any supported device and your grimoire will be there.
